Needs Assessment Survey Results Announced

In April of this year, MASAE members were surveyed about their opinions on a variety of member benefits and services currently provided and ones they would like to see developed.
The MASAE Board of Directors used members’ survey responses to help plot the strategic course for MASAE for the next three years.

IRS to Revoke Exempt Status for Failure to File Beginning May 17

Beginning on May 17, 2010, organizations that are required to file Form 990, Form 990-EZ, Form 990-N (E-postcard) or Form 990-PF (private foundations) and have failed to do so for 3 consecutive years will have their exempt status revoked by the IRS.
